This notion of higher self sometimes helps to encourage/maintain/solidify/incarnate this concept of duality. And though we have physical nature – the two are not separate. Separating them has enhanced separation in Oneself.

We all come from the Earth. One aspect of Her.

En-joy-ment. Em-bodi-ment.

…In your quest for EM-BODI-MENT, how can you sweeten the space and clarify the frenetic energy? All of Heaven creates the star line into Universe. It is a single-pointed brilliant Line.

Come away from the frenzy. You were made for more.

There is a call for clarity. Can you feel it? Perceive it? In your body?

There is no duality. There is Heaven on earth.

And it is You. You were made for this.
