Go Make Thunder

Go. Make. Thunder.

Last week when I was talking to a friend of mine about a situation that was upsetting to me, he said: You have to take the emotion out of this.

Now, I knew where he was coming from. Absolutely. I got it. Non-attachment, etc. All of it.

But sometimes, that is not what is required.

After we got off the phone, I sat with what I was feeling and this is what I knew inside me: Asking me to take the emotion out of this was like telling Lightning not to make Thunder.

As if.

My immediate feeling: Go.  Make. Thunder.

I suddenly wanted to make T-Shirts with that written on it. And give them out to anyone who wanted one. Or needed one.

Fast-forward over a week later and we are beginning yesterday’s Salon on Time. Sitting here in my friend’s apartment in Mexico, within the first five minutes of the Salon the rains started pouring and the lightning and thunder came.

And I remembered my conversation. Go. Make. Thunder.

The Salon was a beautiful experience for us. Soothing and nourishing messages from the Beings in ways I didn’t expect.

“Timelessness is awareness of what you truly are.”

I loved that. And in the thunder, and under the lightning, the words:

“We are Thunder Keepers.

Aware of the Gnosis that Lives within Us.”

An embracing of our humanity to encounter the divinity within us. The timelessness.
