“Oooo this was so potent to read and feel! I went back to see what I had written on Friday when I was sitting tuning in and it’s so resonant: ‘Today you need to breathe and be in your body, there is a lot moving and alchemising in your cells and being… Let go … You have been through the fire.’

And the next day, I was sitting with my name and felt burning fire all around and all through me. Deep love. And so many other things - bees and serpents! All very rich.

I have felt their presence with me so strongly, and such a space of grace in my heart when I sit every day.

Such a blessing, so looking forward to more.”

Some sense of womb, birthing, also crowning like when a baby crowns, and the sound you described when you were a child made me think of being in a womb.”
